This week a new legislation in Alaska makes it possible for anyone over the age of 21 to get into a dispensary, buy a joint o (or two) and smoke them at the dispensary.
This will be possible some time after April 11th. That’s the date when licensed cannabis dispensaries can apply for a permission called “special onsite use endorsement”. This gives them the right to design a a special smoking area, distinct from the shop itself.
