William Barr, the nominee for next AG (attorney general) in the US, put his pledge not to interfere with states that have legalized cannabis in print.
He also wants more action in the Congress with respect to the gap between federal cannabis law and state laws. Furthermore he calls for more research and acknowledges that a recent bill that legalizes hemp will have great impact on cannabis sales.
