The Chairman of the Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) in the state of Massachusetts, Steven Hoffman, says he thinks there are fundamental differences between alcoholic beverages and cannabis.
However he also thinks there are things to learn from the regulations for alcoholic beverages. But he firmly claims: “It’s not the same”.
