There are no evidence that young people are being deterred by harsh policy when it comes to consume cannabis, according to a major new study from University of Kent.
Neither could the researchers find any association between liberal cannabis policies and an increased use of cannabis among young people.
The study used data from more than 100 000 teens in 38 countries.
