March is Women’s History Month and DPA (Drug Policy Alliance) is celebrating this by pointing out the unjust treatment of women, especially if they belong to a minority.
Due to the war on drugs there are currently more than 61% of women in federal prisons in the US. who ended up there for nonviolent drug offenses.
