Governor Andrew Cuomo is eager to to make New York the 11th state to legalize the recreational use of marijuana, but some of his critics think that he is moving way too fast with this delicate issue.
Sheriffs. Chiefs of Police and members of other organizations are worried about the speed of this legalization and they have expressed their concern.
The cannabis society however have another concern; that big corporations will be allowed to dominate the market, so that smaller enterprises become disadvantaged.
