On April 1 Israel decriminalized adult use of cannabis. Now it’s no longer against the law to grow at home. If people without valid medical documentation are carrying cannabis and get caught, they will have to pay fines.
Israel is really preparing itself to become one of the countries that will be at the forefront of the cannabis industry.
Former prime minister Ehud Barak was even talking about Israel as “the land of milk, honey and cannabis”!
