Levi’s returns to jeans made of hemp

The jeans pioneer Levi’s is returning to hemp. Well, at least  the new pants contain 30% hemp. The rest is still cotton. They also use less water in the manufacturing process.

Levi’s was the first jeans makers ever. They used hemp for their pants but soon found out that (from their perspective) there was a problem. The clothes rested for an entire lifetime, so they didn’t sell a lot.
