Mass: Licenses as compensation to drug on war victims

According to the decision of a state panel, Massachusetts will try to compensate those who have been disproportionately affected by war on drugs. This would be accomplished by granting them exclusive licenses for home delivery of cannabis for a five year period.

The Cannabis Advisory Board vote was almost unanimous as this attempt was made to compensate the high rate of cannabis arrests that has occurred among Hispanic and black people in the region.
