The first sale of legal medical cannabis took place at 09:00 AM at The Forest Sandusky dispensary in Sandusky Ohio. But prices are rather high and there are only four dispensaries in the entire state.
There is some worry about the high prices because they will probably result in an increase of illegal purchases instead. And an important argument for legalization of one sort or another is that the black market should vanish or at least decrease.
