The native American tribes were not included in Proposition 64, which apperantly disturb them. As of now- they have to sell cannabis inside their reservations.
The Californian tribes now hope that governor Gavin Newsom (D) will be open to discuss if they could get a piece of the lucrative cannabis market in California. However they haven’t got any response so far.
