New report describes the cannabs situation in Nordic countries

There is a new report from Nordic Welfare Center, describing the current situation of cannabis in the Nordic countries. Not surprisingly Sweden is the most restrictive country with a yearly average of 40 000 urine tests. (Even consuming cannabis is illegal in Sweden).

Certain groups are clearly under represented in the statistics. Women and persons living in wealthy neighborhoods, for example.
Generally speaking one could say that the common thread among these countries is that they are pretty restrictive towards cannabis. The possible exception from this rule is Denmark.
