Students who meet the requirements of medical cannabis may use it at school. In Oklahoma City a school board voted unanimously to approve this Monday night. However, smoking is not allowed on the school grounds, so they have to consume their medicine either orally or topically.
-It’s a medication prescribed by a doctor and should be treated the same way as any other medicine, says school board member Mark Mann.
