The somewhat eccentric multi billionaire Elon Musk smoked a joint/blunt in an official podcast a while ago. Even if cannabis is legal in that particular state, it is still illegal on a federal level.
That is why he now is being reviewed by Pentagon when it comes to his security clearance. Musk is involved in several projects. One of them is SpaceX and that’s why he needs his security clearance at NASA.
