Swiss pilot study lets 5,000 people use cannabis legally

In Switzerland the government has plans for a pilot project where 5 000 persons may smoke cannabis in a study. The only type of cannabis that is currently legal in the country is hemp with a THC potency of under 1%.

This project is supposed to help creating new rules for future recreational use. Only adults who are currently using cannabis are allowed to take part in the study.
