This week a new legislation in Alaska makes it possible for anyone over the age of 21 to get into a dispensary, buy a joint o (or two) and smoke them at the dispensary.

AK: New governor worries the cannabis industry
The new governor of Alaska, Mike Dunleavy (R), creates worries among the legal cannabis industry. Even though he claims not to have any intention to change the cannabis legalization or manipulate the marijuana industry in any way, his appointment of a new member to the 5-member Marijuana Control Board makes some wonder.
