The legality of Swedish so called cannabis oil is about to be decided by The Swedish Supreme court some time during the spring.
CBD oil has got very small content of THC, less than 0.2%. Now the highest court of Sweden is expected to follow the minor courts’ decisions. That would once for all remove any suspicion of CBD oil having to do with narcotics.
