The editorial board of The Seattle Times writes that more than the 3500 that so far have been pardoned for small possessions should also be eligible for pardon.
After all- the Washington voters stated already in 2012 when the Initiative 502 was passed, that they don’t think that possession of small amounts of weed sould be regarded as a crime, they argue.
