UN is finally changing its position on drug policy. The Chief Executives Board of the organisation now recommend decriminalization of drug use and possession.
The timing of the release of these good news is also great, because an important meeting of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs will take place in Vienna very soon. There UN will review the last 10 years of drug strategy and plan for the coming 10 years.
